Terms & Conditions (GTC)
1. Subject matter of the contract
COLORS sells the goods offered in the online shop to the customer under the terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC) listed below.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and COLORS is only concluded by an order from the customer and order acceptance by COLORS. The customer’s order is made via the Internet. COLORS accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation (by fax, e-mail or letter post) or by delivering the ordered goods (including delivery note).
3. Product range
All information on the goods that the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and price indication are reserved. No goods are offered that do not comply with the statutory provisions.
4. Terms of payment
All prices include VAT. The valid currency for delivery in Switzerland is Swiss Francs (CHF).
Pay securely via PostFinance Checkout Option.
Payment methods included are Visa & Mastercard, PayPal & TWINT.
All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected.
All payments are encrypted.
COUPON USAGE
4.1 Coupon code must be entered during the checkout process.
4.2 Coupons cannot be cumulated and combined.
4.3 Coupons can only be used once per customer.
4.4 Coupons and discounts can be revoked at anytime at the discretion of COLORS – House of Hoong, when deemed inappropriately obtained.
5. Terms of delivery
We deliver with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland at a fixed price of CHF3.00 for sunglasses only & CHF 7.00 for everything else per shipment, unless otherwise stated. These shipping costs are added to the sales price. From CHF 100.- shipping is free of charge. You will receive your order within 4-5 working days. If a product is not in stock, it cannot be ordered. At the current moment, deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not available.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of COLORS until full payment has been made. COLORS is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the customer is in default with the payment of the purchase price, COLORS is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take possession of the goods.
7. Right of return/revocation
You have a 14-day right of return. Please send us any returns back within 14 days of receipt of the goods (timely dispatch is decisive). Pack the item with ALL product packaging with the brand tag undetached & intact.
All items returned will be checked by us. Purchased products must not show any traces of use. A return will be rejected if:
- Traces of use are visible.
- The product is damaged.
- Exceeds 14-day return deadline.
Should the product be lost during the return transport, no refund will be provided.
We recommend sending back the product with a delivery tracing information.
The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. Products can be returned to the following address:

The accepted returned item(s) will be refunded automatically to your credit card used for payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the refund process might take up 7-10 working days.
8. Exclusion of liability
To the extent permitted by law, any liability towards COLORS and its auxiliary persons is excluded.
9. Data protection

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
These GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Sales Law (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Schlieren.
11. Protection of intellectual property
Our trademarks, business designations, designs, products, and website content are protected by copyright. Modifications, reproductions, and imitations of any kind are prohibited.
COLORS reserves all rights for every design, every text, every graphic on its website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with COLORS.

12. Final provisions
When selling the goods specified in COLORS online shop, the GTC in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract shall apply exclusively. These terms and conditions shall also apply in particular if they differ from those of the customer. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In all other respects, COLORS reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
